# What You Need:
→ Bread & Dairy
01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Meats
04 - 4 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
→ Vegetables & Condiments
05 - 1/2 cup kimchi, drained and roughly chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Arrange the bread slices on a clean surface. If desired, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each slice.
02 - On 2 slices of bread, layer slices of cheddar cheese, followed by cooked turkey breast, an even layer of chopped kimchi, and another slice of cheddar. Top with the remaining bread slices.
03 - Spread softened butter evenly on the outside surfaces of each sandwich.
04 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
06 - Remove sandwiches from heat, allow to rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve while warm.
